What does it cost?
Onboarding is €1,490 — meetings, workflow discovery and a hands-on workshop over roughly three months. From there, the starter package begins at €349 per month. Larger and custom setups — multiple users, custom agents, integrations — are priced personally. Write to us and we'll shape the right package together.
How do we start?
Send us a few lines about your company. We approach every request personally: we'll look at your workflows together and suggest where to begin.
Is our data protected?
Yes. We follow EU data-protection rules (GDPR): each company runs in its own separate environment, your data stays yours, we don't use it to train AI models or share it with third parties, and we delete everything on your request. And of course — no email or invoice leaves the building without your approval.
Can the agents be customised?
Yes. We add specialists for your domain and teach the existing agents the language of your business — your services, your clients, your vocabulary.
Does it work for a one-person business?
Very well. A plumber, an electrician or a technician does their trade during the day — Studio OS answers inquiries, keeps the calendar and prepares the invoices. Your part is approving from your phone.
